目的　国际肝胆胰协会 (IHPBA)学术委员会在 1998年底组建了一个命名委员会 ,以解决国际上肝脏解剖和手术切除由于用不同名称所引起的混乱。新统一定名的原则是要求名称在解剖学上正确 ,解剖和外科手术名称相同 ,用一组固定系统来命名 ,容易理解 ,语言学上正确 ,容易翻译成另一种语言 ,精确和简洁。经过 18个月的工作 ,命名委员会的定名提议 ,获得了IHPBA的接纳 ,并在 2 0 0 0年 5月在澳大利亚的布里斯班的世界肝胆胰大会上正式宣布。新名称定名为TheBrisbane 2 0 0 0TerminologyofLiverAnato myandResections。在 2 0 0 0年 10月 2 5～ 2 8日 ,在中国武汉举行的“第六届全国肝脏外科学术会议”上 ,肝胆外科专家组决定翻译这组新命名 ,以便和国际接轨。方法　中国专家组经过 12个月工作 ,用 4次问卷调查各专家意见的方法 ,在求同存异的原则下 ,终于一致通过了“肝脏解剖和手术切除统一名称”的提议。结果　本文是中国专家组提出的一组统一中文翻释名称 ,希望这组统一名称在中国得以广泛应用。结论　本文章以IHPBA命名委员会提议的一组肝脏解剖和手术名称的中文翻译名称作起点 ,经过多次修改和完善 ,成为这一组完整的中文名称。中国专家组非常希望国内杂志编辑、专家、作者们能接受这组新名称 ,并且能广? Purpose The International Council of Hepatobiliary and Pancreaticobiology (IHPBA) Academic Board established a Nomenclature Committee in late 1998 to address the international community of liver anatomy and surgical resection due to the chaos caused by different names. The new unifying nomenclature requires that the names be anatomically correct, anatomical and surgical names the same, be named after a fixed set of systems, be easily understood, linguistically correct, easily translatable into another language, precise and concise. After 18 months of work, the Nominating Committee’s naming proposal was accepted by the IHPBA and was officially announced at World Hepatobiliary and Pancreas Congress in Brisbane, Australia, in May 2000. The new name is The Brisbane 200 Testimonial of LiverAnato myandResections. At the “Sixth National Conference of Liver Surgery” held from February 25 to February 28, 2000 in Wuhan, China, the Expert Group of Hepatobiliary Surgery decided to translate the new nomenclature so as to be in line with international standards. Methods After a period of 12 months’ work, the Chinese expert group finally adopted the proposal of “unified name of liver anatomy and surgical resection” under the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences with 4 questionnaires for the opinions of experts. Results This article is a set of unified Chinese translations proposed by the Chinese expert group, hoping this group of uniform names will be widely used in China. Conclusion This article starts with a set of Chinese translation names proposed by the IHPBA Nomenclature Committee for liver anatomy and surgical names. After several revisions and refinements, this article becomes the complete Chinese name for this group. The Chinese expert group very much hopes that domestic magazine editors, experts and authors can accept this new set of names,
