目的探讨西米替丁与妈咪爱(枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒)对婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法对2004年1月～2006年1月收治的秋季腹泻患儿187例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予西米替丁与妈咪爱治疗,对照组给予病毒唑治疗。结果两组患儿疗效间差别有显著性意义(P<0.001);两组患儿疗程间差别亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论西米替丁与妈咪爱联合治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻可使临床症状和体征迅速改善,疗程缩短。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cimetidine and mommy love (Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus multivalent particle) on infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 187 children with autumn diarrhea admitted from January 2004 to January 2006 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with cimetidine and mommy, while the control group was treated with ribavirin. Results The difference between the two groups of children was significant (P <0.001). There was also significant difference between the two groups in the course of treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of cimetidine and mommy love to treat infantile autumn diarrhea can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, shorten the course of treatment.
