在当前舞蹈教学当中,舞蹈技术技巧是非常重要的一部分,广大师生都非常喜爱这个专业,因为其自身的特点非常鲜明。动作失误、注意力不集中、使用不正确的舞蹈技术这些情况在学生学习舞蹈的过程中也经常会出现,因为这些情况学生就很容易产生运动损伤,从而对学生的舞蹈学习效果造成很大的影响。我们在下文中就简要的分析了舞蹈中常见的损伤和造成损伤的原因,并且从多方面,比如准备活动、力量素质训练、疲劳的消除、正确技术的掌握等等方面具体的阐述了怎样预防运动损伤的产生。
