我国土地与房屋登记中,以往分别由不同部门登记发证,而随着不动产统一登记制度的出现,以往的登记制度也成为历史。进行不动产统一登记时,目的是确权,并非简单的登记,是对产权的确认,也就是说,给房屋、土地等不动产颁发身份证,使其身份合法。不动产统一登记制度的实施,对房地产及相关行业会带来较大的影响,本文主要针对土地评估业受不动产统一登记的影响进行分析与探讨。
In the past, registration of land and houses in our country was separately registered and issued by different departments. With the advent of the unified registration system for real property, the previous registration system has also become history.
