②观察组治疗依从“,”Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer. Methods The investigation time was from January 2018 to August 2019. The observation group was 38 breast cancer patients who went to our hospital during this period; the control group was 38 other breast cancer patients who operated during the same period. Both groups of patients were intervened by routine nursing guidance. After discharge, the two groups were treated with continuous nursing and routine follow-up, and the effects of different interventions were evaluated. Results (1) The awareness rate of health knowledge of patients in the observation group was 97.37% (37/38) after different care, and 73.68% (28/38) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) The treatment compliance of the observation group was 94.74% (36/38), and the control group was 73.68% (28/38), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (3) The rehabilitation function of the affected limb in the observation group reached the standard rate of 92.11% ( 35/38), the control group was 65.79% (25/38), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (4) The complication rate in the observation group was 5.26% (2/38), and the control group was 36.84% (14/38), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (5) The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.37% (37/38), and the control group was 76.32% (29/38), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (6) The effect of improving anxiety, depression, and pain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Breast cancer patients can effectively promote their recovery after surgery through continuous nursing care, increase their awareness of health knowledge, improve patient compliance with treatment and effective functional training, and reduce the impact of complications on patients. Improve satisfaction, improve patients\' negative emotions and pain.
