用微波方法制备了[bm im]PTSA离子液体,并应用于催化合成乙酸正戊酯反应中,研究了影响酯化反应的各种因素。结果表明:离子液体[bm im]PTSA是该酯化反应良好溶剂和催化剂,离子液体用量15mL,醇酸摩尔比1.2∶1.0,反应时间1.5h,酯化率达96.7%。离子液体易分离回收,可重复使用。
The [bm im] PTSA ionic liquid was prepared by microwave method and applied to the catalytic synthesis of n-amyl acetate. Various factors influencing the esterification reaction were studied. The results showed that the ionic liquid [bm im] PTSA was a good solvent and catalyst for the esterification reaction. The amount of ionic liquid was 15mL, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.2:1.0, the reaction time was 1.5h and the esterification rate was 96.7%. Ionic liquids are easy to separate and recycle and can be reused.
