泥水盾构在高渗透性地层施工时,泥浆在泥浆压力与地下水压间压力差的作用下,容易渗透进入地层,形成较大的滤失量,甚至是完全滤失,而不能在开挖面上形成质量良好的泥膜,这对维护开挖面稳定很不利。针对这一难题,本文基于泥浆与地层的匹配性展开了泥水盾构泥膜形成规律的研究,旨在通过室内高压泥浆渗滤试验获得泥膜的形成类型与分类、不同地层影响泥膜形成质量的主要泥浆特性参数,以及泥浆在各地层的成膜规律,该研究成果在工程中得到了成功应用。
