本文提出了从建立适合林业工作要求的科学人才观、创造优秀人才脱颖而出的环境、林业人力资源培育与发展的基本方向、林业人才素质提升的基本路径、强化人力资源管理的基本制度和建立有利于人力资源管理的激励约束机制等六大方面来完善广西林业系统人力资源管理。
