文章指出,学校管理工作包括:行政管理、安全管理、校园管理、教师管理、学生管理、教学管理等。作为学校管理者,在落实这些工作之前一定要深入地研究,目的是为了让学校管理工作更加高效。学校管理学认为,学校管理学既要研究学校的管理行为,又要研究学校管理行为所面临的对象。学校的培养对象是学生,教师的核心工作是教书育人,所以学校管理者要经常研究三个问题:研究学生、研究教师、研究教学。
The article points out that the school management includes: administration, safety management, campus management, teacher management, student management, teaching management. As a school administrator, it is important to do a thorough study before implementing these tasks in order to make school management more efficient. School management believes that school management studies not only the management behavior of schools, but also the objects that school management faces. The training target of the school is students. The core task of teachers is to educate and educate students.
