Introduction At present, the use of coal to replace some of the coke in the blast furnace has attracted the world’s attention. Since the second oil crisis in 1979, most of Japan’s blast furnaces have been refueled for full-coke operation, but this has led to the failure of the blast furnace. The reason is that full-coke operation causes the theoretical combustion temperature to increase, reducing the amount of hydrogen in the furnace and causing edge inactivity, although by lowering the air temperature and increasing wetting, it can improve the antegrade, but these adjusting measures will eventually make the coke ratio increase High and reduced production.
