学校俱乐部课外体育活动的管理与社会竞技体育俱乐部体育活动的管理,既有相同之处,也有不同之处。社会竞技体育俱乐部体育活动的管理,侧重在经济背景下的营销;学校俱乐部课外体育活动的管理,侧重在人文环境中的体育文化的传播。从体育管理学角度来看,学校俱乐部组织过程中的管理理念、操作系统与方法体系,具体表现为俱乐部的成立、活动内容、活动时间、活动组织与活动评价几个方面。
The management of extracurricular sports activities in school clubs and the management of sports activities in social sports clubs have similarities and differences. Social sports club sports management, focusing on marketing in an economic context; the management of extracurricular sports activities in school clubs, focusing on the sports culture in the human environment. From the point of view of sports management, the management philosophy, operating system and method system in the process of school club organization are embodied in the aspects of club establishment, activity content, activity time, activity organization and activity evaluation.
