Objective To investigate the effect of compatibility of Radix Aconitum konjac, Radix et Rhizoma Bletillae and Pinellia ternata on acute toxicity of Radix Aconitum. Methods The animal acute toxicity test was used to determine the number of animal deaths as the observation index. The LD50 of the aqueous extract of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii was administered orally. The dose of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii was LD50, which was different from that of 13 different proportions Summer compatibility, to explore the compatibility of the herbaceous compatibility taboo toxicity changes; selection of the above experiment mortality rate of 75% compatibility ratio, namely compatibility with the melon (36: 1) or white and (10.8: 1) compatibility, Drug compatibility LD50. Results The LD50 of the aqueous extract of A. officinalis was 8.45 g · kg-1 and the confidence interval was 7.58-9.43 g · kg-1. And the cucumber or white and compatibility of the black-witch’s poisoning with the cucumber or white and increase the use of increased; and Aconite and Pinellia compatibility mice did not appear to increase the mortality rate, but with the increased use of Pinellia Downward trend. And Cucumber (36: 1) compatibility Wuhu incompatibility LD50 of 6.45 g · kg-1, 95% confidence interval of 5.64 ~ 7.34g · kg-1; compatibility with white and (10.8:1) The LD50 was 5.94 g · kg-1, and the 95% confidence interval was 5.21 ~ 6.73 g · kg-1. Conclusion The acute toxicity of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Radix Paeoniae Alba is higher than that of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii alone. However, the toxicity of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Radix Pinelliae Preparata does not increase, indicating that the incompatibility between Radix Aconiti and Radix Aconiti Preparata is not absolute.
