随着我国市场经济体制的建立和逐步完善,一些国有企业进入了新一轮的改革,特别是体制的转换,劳动用工制度、分配方式、管理模式等的变化,这些势必对职工的工作、生活、家庭等造成影响,引起职工的思想发生变化,出现了职工队伍不稳定的现象。如何正确处理企业改革和职工思想发生变化这二者之间的关系呢?如果处理得当改革平稳过渡,相反处理不当改革的阻力很大甚至失败。所以在当前企业改革的过程中一定要兼顾做好职工的思想政治工作。特别是企业的领导层要作为首要任务,企业的党务工作者要发挥主导性的作用。
