教师成长=经验+反思。反思的过程即是教师全面发展的过程,是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素。教师应不断反思自己的教学实践、教学观念、教学行为以及教学效果。按教学的进程,教学反思分为教学前、教学中、教学后反思三个阶段。通过不断的反思,可以使教师真正成为教学和教研的主人,提高教学工作的自主性和目的性,克服被动性、盲目性,从而在劳动中获得理性的升华和情感上的愉悦,体会到自己存在的价值与意义。
