目的:探讨妊娠妇女妊娠期贫血的类型,推断妊娠期贫血发生的原因。方法:研究对象系我院体检的围生期孕妇,共计4500例。采用CA-800全自动血液分析仪进行血细胞各参数检测。结果:正常细胞性贫血:RBC/HGB、MCH、MCV、MCHC和RDW正常。小细胞低血色素性贫血:HGB降低较RBC明显,MCV、MCH、MCHC降低,RDW增大。巨幼红细胞性贫血:RBC降低HGB明显,MCV、MCH增高,MCHC正常,RDW增大。结论:通过对中晚期孕妇的血液中MCV、MCH、MCHC和RDW的测定,可以初步判断妊娠期妇女贫血的类型。
Objective: To explore the types of pregnancy during pregnancy anemia, infer the causes of anemia during pregnancy. Methods: The study was performed in our hospital during the perinatal period, a total of 4,500 cases. Using CA-800 automatic blood analyzer blood cell parameters detected. Results: Normal cellular anemia: RBC / HGB, MCH, MCV, MCHC and RDW normal. Small cell hypochromic anemia: HGB decreased more significantly than RBC, MCV, MCH, MCHC decreased, RDW increased. Megaloblastic anemia: RBC decreased significantly HGB, MCV, MCH increased, MCHC normal, RDW increased. Conclusion: The levels of anemia in pregnant women can be preliminarily determined by measuring the levels of MCV, MCH, MCHC and RDW in the blood of pregnant women of middle and late stages.
