以汽车动力电池固定支架为研究对象,基于CAE软件Dynaform对该产品的冷冲压工艺进行设计与分析。通过CAD软件UG建立产品的三维数字模型,结合产品的材质、结构特点、精度和质量要求,确定了产品的冷冲压工艺方案为落料、拉延、冲孔修边。重点利用Dynaform软件对其拉延工序的工艺设计及参数进行数值模拟,依据模拟结果的成形极限图,获得了压边力、润滑条件和拉延筋参数对产品成形质量的影响。在压边力为700 k N、采用液体润滑剂(摩擦系数0.05)和拉延筋高度为7 mm、宽度为11 mm、圆角半径为4 mm、槽凸缘半径为3 mm的条件下,避免了产品出现起皱、拉裂、变形不足等缺陷,保证了产品的成形质量。
Taking the automobile power battery fixed bracket as the research object, the cold stamping process of the product was designed and analyzed based on CAE software Dynaform. The 3D numerical model of the product was established by CAD software UG, and the cold stamping process of the product was determined as blanking, drawing and punching and trimming according to the material, structural characteristics, accuracy and quality requirements of the product. The process design and parameters of the drawing process were simulated by Dynaform software. According to the forming limit map of the simulation results, the influence of blank holder force, lubrication condition and drawbead parameters on the forming quality of the product was obtained. Under the condition that the blank holder force is 700 kN, liquid lubricant (coefficient of friction 0.05) and drawbead height of 7 mm, width of 11 mm, fillet radius of 4 mm and groove flange radius of 3 mm, Avoid wrinkles, cracks, deformation and other defects, to ensure the quality of the product forming.
