目的探究在颅脑手术中,急性压疮发生的主要因素,并总结相应有效护理方法。方法选取2013年7月至2015年9月本院收治的70例颅脑手术中发生急性压疮病人的临床信息治疗作为研究对象,回顾分析其临床信息资料,探究在颅脑手术中,急性压疮发生的主要因素,并总结相应有效护理方法。结果通过对70例病人的临床信息资料的回顾分析发现,在颅脑手术中急性压疮发生因素方面情况如下:有15例(21.43%)病人是由于手术床单褶皱引发急性压疮,有9例(12.86%)病人是由于体温及麻醉的因素引发急性压疮,有41例(58.57%)病人是由于局部体位压力引发急性压疮,另外有5例(7.14%)病人是由于其他因素引发急性压疮。通过对以上引发急性压疮因素的分析研究,可总结出如下有效护理对策:一是术中体位护理;二是体温调节护理;三是局部皮肤护理。结论在颅脑手术中,急性压疮发生的主要因素有手术床单褶皱因素、体温及麻醉的因素,及局部体位压力因素等,通过发生因素的分析研究,可总结出如下护理对策一是术中体位护理;二是体温调节护理;三是局部皮肤护理。该护理对策对于防控颅脑手术中急性压疮,有着积极作用。 Objective To explore the main factors of acute pressure ulcer in craniocerebral surgery and to summarize the corresponding effective nursing methods. Methods From July 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital, 70 cases of acute pressure ulcer patients were treated in our hospital for clinical information therapy as the research object.
