以SnCl4·5H2O、SbCl3和AlCl3·6H2O为主要成分,酒石酸和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为配位剂,氨水为沉淀剂,利用共沉淀法制备出导电粉的前驱体,600℃下煅烧得到一种易于分散的超细导电粉。经过电镜、粒度和导电性分析,该导电粉具有粒度较小、不易团聚和导电性好的特点;加入涂料中的隔热性测试显示,掺铝导电粉的隔热性优于未掺铝的导电粉。
