短肢剪力墙结构因其建筑功能、结构体系等多方面的优越性,在小高层建筑中得到了较为广泛的应用。但目前短肢剪力墙结构的设计原则、计算方法等方面的规定尚不够细致,设计人员在工程实践中很多情况是凭借经验进行结构设计。基于此,结合自身工作实践,就小高层建筑短肢剪力墙结构设计进行了分析研究,探讨短肢剪力墙结构的平面布置、结构性能及经济性等方面的优化方案,旨在与同行进行业务交流,不断提高高层建筑短肢剪力墙结构设计水平,提高工程质量,助推我国建筑事业的可持续发展。
Short-limb shear wall structure is widely used in small high-rise buildings because of its superiority in many aspects, such as its building function and structural system. However, the current design principles, calculation methods and other aspects of the structure of the short-leg shear wall are not yet meticulous enough. In many aspects of engineering practice, designers carry out structural design with experience. Based on this, combined with their own work practices, the structural design of short-leg shear walls for small high-rise buildings is analyzed and studied, and the optimization plan of the layout, structural performance and economy of the short-leg shear wall structure is discussed. Business exchanges, and constantly improve the design of high-rise building short-limb shear wall structure, improve the quality of the project, to promote the sustainable development of China’s construction industry.
