协商是一种合乎语言教学规律与特点的教学模式。它指的是师生经过共同讨论、协商后决定教学活动的各个方面。笔者通过教学中协商方式的尝试指出了协商的意义:协商能创造令人愉悦的教学环境,帮助学习者培养对自身学习负责的态度和一定的自主学习能力,使师生及学生之间的关系更为融洽,提高了学生的社会交往能力。然而这种模式下教师将承担更多职责,面临新的问题和更大的挑战。
Negotiation is a kind of teaching mode which is in accordance with the rules and characteristics of language teaching. It refers to the teachers and students through a joint discussion, after consultation decided to teach all aspects of activities. The author points out the meaning of the consultation through the negotiation in teaching: the consultation can create a pleasant teaching environment, help learners to cultivate a responsible attitude toward their own learning and a certain degree of self-learning ability, so that the relationship between teachers and students and students More harmonious, improve the ability of students social interaction. However, under this model, teachers will assume more responsibilities, facing new problems and greater challenges.
