在众多的炉外精炼技术中,钢包底吹氩是投资最少、操作简便的炉外精炼技术,能够有效解决提高钢包周转率的热更换外装式透气砖工艺技术,是当前钢铁行业高效生产的先进技术之一,但是,若在钢包周转过程中底吹氩砖漏钢,轻则造成连铸断浇、造成现场废品和产生长时间的热停工,重则造成烧坏设备等恶性事故。因此,探讨钢包外装式底吹氩砖漏钢原因、制定防范措施具有重要意义。
