司法文书学因其内容的枯燥性而为法学教学界普识为高难度教学课程,其教学满意率偏低已非个别现象。针对这一状况,以布鲁姆掌握学习理论为指导,推行“掌握学习”教学模式是司法文书教学走出困境的应然之选。
Due to the boring nature of its contents, judicial literature is a difficult teaching course for general law education in law teaching, and its teaching satisfaction rate is no longer an isolated phenomenon. In response to this situation, using Bloom ’s theory of learning as a guide, the implementation of “master learning” teaching mode is the proper choice for teaching judicial documents out of the woods.
