近年来,随着网络科技的飞速发展,传统的邮政函件业务面临的市场竞争越来越激烈。如何通过产品形式和服务方式的创新来迎合公众对传媒的需求,成为摆在邮政面前的一个亟待解决的问题。2012年以来,在浙江邮政“一引三转”总体思路的引导下,温州市邮政局积极整合企业内外部资源,以二维码、微信、微博等新媒体和信息化手段,拓展函件服务模式,推出了“邮优惠”项目,着力开拓私费消费市场,加快了传统函件向新媒体转型发展的步伐,取得了很好的效果。
In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology, the traditional postal mail business is facing increasingly fierce market competition. How to cater to the needs of the media through the innovation of product forms and service forms has become a pressing issue before the postal issue. Since 2012, under the guidance of Zhejiang Post’s general idea of “one guide, three revolutions,” Wenzhou Post Office has actively integrated the internal and external resources of the enterprise with new media and information technologies such as two-dimensional code, WeChat and Weibo to expand the letter Service mode, launched the “postal discount ” project, efforts to open up private consumer markets, accelerating the pace of transformation of traditional mail to new media, and achieved good results.
