目的研究低切应力对颈总动脉粥样硬化形成及其血管平滑肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法应用低切应力颈总动脉粥样硬化模型,采用免疫组织化学方法观察大白兔血管平滑肌细胞的Bcl-2及Bax蛋白表达的变化。结果颈总动脉血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的Bcl-2表达减少、Bax表达增高。结论在低切应力作用下动脉粥样硬化的形成过程中,低切应力与高脂协同作用,可使促进凋亡的因素增强,抑制凋亡的因素减弱,从而调控VSMC的凋亡。
Objective To study the effect of low shear stress on the formation of common carotid artery atherosclerosis and the apoptosis of vascular smooth muscle cells. Methods Low shear stress carotid atherosclerosis model was used to observe the changes of Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression in rabbit vascular smooth muscle cells by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the common carotid artery smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) were decreased. Conclusions In the process of low-shear stress atherosclerosis, the combination of low shear stress and hyperlipidemia can increase the factors that promote apoptosis and the factors that inhibit the apoptosis decrease, thus regulating the apoptosis of VSMC.
