在流动管路中系统考察了三乙二醇甲醚对含水喷气燃料结冰性能的影响。结果表明,在含水量为60×10-6的燃油中加入体积含量为0.05%的三乙二醇甲醚后,燃油结冰温度从-30℃降至-47℃以下,且燃油系统结冰温度随燃油中三乙二醇甲醚含量的增加而降低,随含水量增加而增加。系统压降随流速的增加而增加,且其结冰行为与冷凝速率无关。当燃油系统中金属滤网孔径减少时,燃油系统结冰所引起的滤网前后压降相应增加。
The effect of triethylene glycol methyl ether on icing performance of jet fuel containing water was systematically investigated in a flow line. The results showed that when the content of 0.05% by volume of triethylene glycol methyl ether was added to the fuel with the water content of 60 × 10-6, the temperature of the fuel icing decreased from -30 ℃ to below -47 ℃, and the fuel system iced The temperature decreases with the increase of triethylene glycol methyl ether content in the fuel and increases with the increase of water content. The pressure drop of the system increases with the increase of the flow rate, and its freezing behavior has nothing to do with the condensation rate. When the metal mesh size in the fuel system is reduced, the pressure drop across the screen caused by icing of the fuel system increases accordingly.
