目前,五光十色的夜生活已在城市、乡镇兴起。由于人们沉浸在夜生活中,睡眠时间大大减少了,这将给人体的健康带来严重的危害。科学家们指出,长期睡眠不足会引起判断力减弱,思想迟钝,协调性不良,由此容易引发各种事故,造成人身伤害,更严重的是有些人可能出现双重人格,甚至由此而诱发精神疾病。长期睡眠不足还会造成食欲减退,消化不良,免疫功能下降等等。
At present, colorful nightlife has emerged in cities and towns. Because people are immersed in the nightlife, sleep time is greatly reduced, which will bring serious harm to human health. Scientists pointed out that lack of long-term sleep can lead to weakening of judgment, sluggish thinking and poor coordination.
