本文给出一种基于USB总线的数据采集卡的设计方案和开发方法。介绍了PDIUSBD12芯片和MAX125芯片的性能及特点、芯片与MCU的接口电路。在此基础上,阐述了程序的总体设计思想及其层次结构,并给出了硬件设计电路和信号放大、隔离和滤波的设计方案。使用USB总线传输数据,为数据采集系统与计算机之间的通信提供了新的途径。
This paper presents a USB bus-based data acquisition card design and development methods. The performance and characteristics of PDIUSBD12 chip and MAX125 chip are introduced. The interface circuit between chip and MCU is introduced. On this basis, the overall design concept and its hierarchy of the program are expounded, and the design scheme of hardware design circuit and signal amplification, isolation and filtering is given. Using the USB bus to transfer data provides a new avenue for communication between the data acquisition system and the computer.
