目的了解武汉市托幼机构消毒剂使用情况,为托幼机构合理选择消毒剂品种、剂型提供参考,探索消毒剂科学管理方法,为今后托幼机构控制消毒成本提供依据。方法对武汉市21所托幼机构消毒剂使用品种、剂型进行调查统计,通过碘量法及试纸法检测各品种消毒剂的有效成分含量,并分析价格成本。结果武汉市托幼机构选用的消毒剂以84消毒液最多,常用的3种消毒剂中84消毒液成本最低。结论消毒剂因主要原料不同,价格成本差别较大,托幼机构可根据实际情况,科学合理地选择消毒剂的品种和剂型。加强保健教师消毒隔离制度、消毒剂应用液配比及传染病防治知识培训,实行统一发放,专柜管理的科学管理模式是有效降低消毒剂应用成本的主要方法。 Objective To understand the use of disinfectants in kindergartens and nurses in Wuhan and to provide a reference for nurseries and kindergartens to select the types and formulations of disinfectants reasonably and to explore the scientific management of disinfectants so as to provide the basis for the future control of disinfection costs in nurseries. Methods Investigation and statistics on the types and dosage forms of disinfectants used by 21 nurseries in Wuhan were carried out. The contents of active ingredients in each disinfectant were detected by iodometric method and test paper method, and the price and cost were analyzed. Results Wuhan nursery institutions use disinfectant 84 disinfectant up to the most commonly used disinfectant 84 disinfectant lowest cost. Conclusion Disinfectants due to different main raw materials, the price difference between the larger child care institutions can be based on the actual situation, the scientific and rational selection of disinfectant varieties and dosage forms. Strengthen the health teacher disinfection and isolation system, the proportion of disinfectant solution and knowledge of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, the implementation of a unified distribution, counter management of the scientific management model is effective to reduce the cost of disinfectants the main method.
