In recent years, with its rapid development, a large number of technical abbreviations have emerged, which make it difficult for technicians who read Chinese and foreign materials. From this issue onwards, we plan to refer some of the latest abbreviated terms used in English and Chinese microelectronics (including device engineering and application engineering) collected by Comrade Liu En-wing to readers for reference.
