节能涂料在减少储油罐呼吸损耗中的应用

通过计算储油罐呼吸损耗测试新型节能涂料CC-100的节能效果。选取某油库两座喷涂和未喷涂CC-100涂料的50000m3原油储罐作为研究对象,在同一天内分4个时间段对其周围环境温度、环境风速、罐体外表面平均温度等参数进行测量,对呼吸气体取样后利用气-液色谱仪进行组分分析,依据相关标准计算呼吸损耗量。结果表明:储油罐喷涂CC-100涂料后,呼吸损耗明显减少,节能量为0.182t/d,储油罐实施改造后,5年内即可回收投资成本。CC-100涂料因其附着力强,使用寿命长等技术优势而具有广阔的市场应用前景。 Test the energy savings of the new CC-100, an energy-saving paint, by calculating the tank’s breathing loss. Two 50000m3 crude oil storage tanks with or without CC-100 coating were selected as the research object. The parameters of ambient temperature, ambient wind speed and average temperature of the outer surface of the tank were measured in four time periods on the same day. Respiratory gas samples were analyzed by gas-liquid chromatographic analysis of components, according to the relevant standard calculation of respiratory loss. The results show that after the storage tank is sprayed with CC-100, the respiratory loss is significantly reduced and the energy saving is 0.182t / d. After the storage tank is transformed, the investment cost can be recovered within 5 years. CC-100 paint because of its strong adhesion, long service life and other technical advantages and has broad market prospects.
