许多海洋生物、陆生菌类和中草药中都存在环肽,实验证实这些环肽类物质具有抗癌、抗菌、抗病毒、调血压等多种生物活性。环肽往往被认为是低等生物用以抵抗恶劣环境的产物,而人体内也存在如生长抑素、内皮素、尾加压素、黑色素聚集激素等环肽类物质。人体内环肽具有广泛而重要的生理作用(如调节血压,调节激素和消化液分泌等),并在对应病理状态下发挥重要作用。发现与分离人体内环肽类物质,并对其作用及其机制进行研究,可为癌症治疗、高血压预防等提供新思路。
Cyclic peptides exist in many marine organisms, terrestrial fungi and Chinese herbal medicines. Experiments show that these cyclic peptides possess many biological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-virus and blood pressure regulating. Cyclic peptide is often considered to be inferior organisms to resist the harsh environment of the product, but there are also human body, such as somatostatin, endothelin, urotensin, melanin aggregating hormone and other cyclic peptides. Human endocyclic peptide has a wide range of important physiological effects (such as regulating blood pressure, regulating hormones and digestive secretions, etc.), and play an important role in the corresponding pathological state. Discovery and separation of human endopeptides, and its role and mechanism of research, for cancer treatment, prevention of hypertension provide new ideas.
