穿琥宁是由穿心莲叶提取、加工制成的中药注射剂,广泛应用于急慢性上呼吸道感染、肺炎、支气管炎、扁桃体炎、胃肠炎等的治疗。近年来,有关穿琥宁不良反应的报道越来越多,特别是可以引起血小板减少、过敏等严重不良反应。本文仅就 1998年1月至2005年2月国内公开发行的医药期刊报道的穿琥宁引起血小板下降的不良反应进行统计、分析。 Chuanhuning from the Andrographis leaf extraction, processing made of traditional Chinese medicine injections, widely used in acute and chronic upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, bronchitis, tonsillitis, gastroenteritis and other treatment. In recent years, more and more reports about adverse effects of chuanhuning, especially can cause serious adverse reactions such as thrombocytopenia, allergies. This article only from January 1998 to February 2005 published in the domestic medical journals reported chuanhuning-induced thrombocytopenia adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.
