知识经济时代,隐性知识已成为建筑企业保障竞争优势和持续发展的重要资源。隐性知识只有通过共享交流才能实现其真正的价值。文章在分析建筑企业隐性知识共享的现状、意义及阻力的基础上,提出了建筑企业隐性知识共享的几点对策:设立知识主管、构建隐性知识共享平台、营造建筑企业隐性知识共享的文化,从理论方面初步阐述了隐性知识共享的方法对策,其实际应用有待于在实践中继续完善与深入研究。
In the era of knowledge economy, tacit knowledge has become an important resource for construction enterprises to ensure their competitive advantage and sustainable development. Tacit knowledge can only achieve its true value through shared communication. Based on the analysis of the status quo, significance and resistance of tacit knowledge sharing in construction enterprises, the article puts forward some countermeasures of tacit knowledge sharing in construction enterprises: setting up knowledge leaders, constructing tacit knowledge sharing platform and building tacit knowledge sharing among construction enterprises Culture, the methods and methods of tacit knowledge sharing are expounded theoretically, and its practical application needs to be further perfected and further studied in practice.
