说到睡眠不足,人们总以为睡眠不足易致疲乏,工作上易出差错及出车祸。然而,睡眠不足还可使体重增加,这是人们始料不及的结果。有些人每晚睡眠不足6小时,有些人睡7~8小时。睡眠不足者由于体内胰岛素不能正常地使葡萄糖进行代谢,因而可能发展为肥胖。而睡眠正常者则胰岛素的敏感性正常。 When it comes to lack of sleep, people always think that lack of sleep is easily caused by fatigue, mistakes in work and a car accident. However, lack of sleep can also increase weight, which is unexpected results. Some people sleep less than 6 hours per night, while others sleep for 7 to 8 hours. Insufficient sleep may develop into obesity as insulin in the body does not metabolize glucose normally. While those with normal sleep, insulin sensitivity is normal.
