通过大量的试验及对比研制出新的ClO_2制备技术——采用高负压曝气法进行工业型ClO_2制备。采用钛材制作反应器,反应母液在发生器与再沸器之间循环反应,在高负压下完成ClO_2气体的发生和与反应母液分离的操作。分离回收的H_2SO_4还可再返回反应系统,因此在酸量很少的情况下,就可满足母液酸度。
Through a large number of experiments and comparative studies, a new technology for preparing ClO_2 has been developed. The preparation of industrial ClO_2 by high-pressure negative aeration. The titanium material is used to make the reactor, the mother liquor is recycled between the generator and the reboiler, and the operation of ClO 2 gas generation and separation from the reaction mother liquor is completed under high negative pressure. H 2 SO 4 separated and recovered can be returned to the reaction system again, so that the acidity of the mother liquor can be satisfied in the case of a small amount of acid.
