In order to obtain more information on the drug-related cardiovascular system damage caused by drug users, the trend of change in myocardial contractility and cardiac reserve was investigated by the influence of drug use. The method is to extract and analyze cardiac contractility signals from heart sound signals and perform non-invasive and objective quantification of heart reserve through the Cardiogram Exercise Test (PCGET). The Cardiac Contractility Change Trend (CCCT) was defined as the increase in the amplitude of the first heart sound (S1) after exercise to the amplitude of S1 at rest, and the heart reserve status of the subject was evaluated accordingly. For 94 drug addicts and 30 healthy volunteers, a phonocardiogram exercise test with 1/4 total exercise volume (1 / 4EA) was performed. The general mental state of drug addicts is recorded and counted through conversations and observations with drug addicts and interviews with drug addicts. The investigation and research showed that the CCCT (1/4EA) of drug addicts was 2.43±1.31. The CCCT (1 / 4EA) of 30 healthy volunteers was very significant in the trend of mental change between the drug addicts and the healthy control group. The difference (p<0. 0 1). Among the above-mentioned drug addicts, 100% had lost their labor force, 99% had mental depression, and 95% had abnormal personality. Tests have shown that this method is suitable for the quantitative testing and evaluation of the cardiac contractility and cardiac reserve of drug addicts. The data from the surveys and researches are conducive to alerting drug addicts and the public to the serious consequences of drug use.
