[目的]了解大连市人工流产女性生殖健康方面知识的认知情况。[方法]以2006年1～11月期间到大连市妇产医院和大连医科大学附属第二医院进行人工流产女性为调查对象。采用自行设计的问卷调查,共调查400份,回收合格问卷391份,用SPSS11.5统计软件进行分析。[结果]人工流产女性年龄低龄化,未婚流产女性在人流术者中约占40%;人工流产女性仅了解部分生殖健康知识的占70.5%,生殖健康知识缺乏的占17.1%,有足够生殖健康知识的占12.4%;生殖健康知识的主要来源为书籍、电视、同学、网络。[结论]应加强青少年性和生殖健康教育,建立安全性行为,加强对未婚女青年的生殖保健服务,改善生殖健康服务质量。
[Objective] To understand the cognition of reproductive health of female induced abortion in Dalian. [Methods] From January 2006 to November 2006, Dalian Women’s Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University for abortion women as the survey. Using self-designed questionnaire survey, a total of 400 survey, recycling qualified questionnaire 391, using SPSS11.5 statistical software for analysis. [Results] The age of the induced abortion women is about 40% of the abortionists; the abortion women only know about 70.5% of the reproductive health knowledge, the lack of knowledge of reproductive health 17.1%, adequate reproductive health Knowledge accounted for 12.4%; the main source of reproductive health knowledge books, television, classmates, the Internet. [Conclusions] Sexual and reproductive health education should be strengthened, safety behaviors should be established, reproductive health services for unmarried young women should be strengthened, and quality of reproductive health services should be improved.
