于2014年和2015年将黑河大豆主产区采集的大豆根系土样采用稀释分离法分离获得放线菌186株,通过测定其发酵液对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊孵化及2龄幼虫活性的抑制作用,筛选获得6株对大豆胞囊线虫有强烈抑制作用的生防菌株。结果表明,其中XFS-4对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊孵化的相对抑制率最高达到92.59%,XFS-5和CL-4相对抑制率分别为88.45%和86.71%,与对照差异显著;XFS-4处理的2龄幼虫校正死亡率达到93.95%,活性最高,XFS-5、CL-4和BJ-4对2龄幼虫校正死亡率均在70%左右,均与对照差异显著。
