为了提高振镜扫描式脉冲激光加工的速度,从振镜扫描的特点及脉冲激光加工的原理出发,分析了影响振镜扫描式脉冲激光加工速度的两个因素。结果认为:在脉冲激光加工、尤其在用脉冲激光进行多个区域的扫描加工(如脉冲激光的扫描点焊、扫描打孔等)时,在时序上合理地匹配振镜的转动与脉冲激光的开启与关闭,在一定程度上能提高激光加工的速度;还可以将激光束在时间上和空间上分光,进行多光束同时加工及多工位加工,实现宏观“同时”和微观“分时”的快速激光加工,提高激光加工设备的利用效率。
