针对铅硐山铅锌矿施工单位劳动力结构日趋老化,社会劳动力成本逐年上升,生产能力低下,安全形势日益严重等问题,选用铲运机配合溜矿井替代以前的出矿方式,在新生产的作业中段厚大矿体应用无轨运输。达到了节能减排增效,减少了对劳动力的严重依赖程度,提高了安全生产的可控性,对其他类似地下老矿山解决同类问题具有很好的参考价值和借鉴作用。
