目的,了解河套学院蒙古族在校大学生营养知识、态度、行为的情况,为有针对性地开展营养健康教育和大学生合理膳食提供依据。研究方法,按照年级和专业分层随机抽取蒙古族在校大学生166人,采用自行设计的调查问卷,对抽取的大学生进行营养相关知识、态度、行为调查。结果,蒙古族在校大学生对营养知识掌握有限,平均得分仅为(50.39±16.03),本科学生低于专科学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蒙古族在校大学生有较积极的营养态度,94.58%的学生都认为营养对健康很重要;蒙古族在校大学生存在一些不合理的饮食行为,有31.32%的学生不能坚持每天吃早餐;有76.33%的学生有吃夜宵的习惯;有38.56%的学生食用油炸食品的频率较高;100%的学生有吃零食的习惯;有29.32%的学生从来不喝牛奶。结论,蒙古族在校大学生缺乏必要的营养知识,饮食行为存在不合理现象,但对营养的态度积极,应根据学生的实际情况加强营养教育和营养干预,纠正不良饮食行为,帮助学生建立科学合理的饮食习惯。
Objective To understand the nutrition knowledge, attitudes and behavior of Mongolian nationality college students in Hetao Academy and provide basis for carrying out nutrition health education and reasonable diet for college students. Research methods, according to the grade and professional stratification randomly selected 166 Mongolian college students, the use of self-designed questionnaire, college students on nutrition-related knowledge, attitude, behavior investigation. As a result, Mongolian college students had limited knowledge of nutrition, the average score was only (50.39 ± 16.03), undergraduate students were lower than those of junior college students, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Mongolian college students had more positive Nutritional attitude, 94.58% of students think nutrition is very important to health; Mongolian college students have some unhealthy eating behavior, 31.32% of students can not insist on daily breakfast; 76.33% of students have the habit of eating supper; 38.56% of students have higher frequency of eating fried foods; 100% of students have the habit of eating snacks; 29.32% of students never drink milk. Conclusions: Mongolian college students lack the necessary nutrition knowledge and dietary behaviors are unreasonable. However, they have a positive attitude toward nutrition. They should strengthen nutrition education and nutrition intervention according to the actual situation of students, correct unhealthy dietary behaviors and help students establish a scientific and reasonable Eating habits.
