我国广大的农村教师职后培训目前基本上处于一个盲区,各级教育部门也已经意识到了这一问题,近几年来将职后培训的目光转向这一教师群体。当前我国农村教师存在着理论素质欠缺、课题研究能力不足、信息技术手段薄弱等问题。针对这些现状,我们必须制定“实用、提高、互动、高效、跟踪”的培训原则和“会教、能研、出成果”培训目标。
At present, the majority of post-training training for rural teachers in our country is basically in a blind spot. Education departments at all levels have also realized this issue. In recent years, the focus of post-training has shifted to this group of teachers. At present, teachers in rural areas of our country have problems of lack of theoretical quality, lack of capability of researching subjects and weakness in information technology. In response to these current situations, we must formulate the training principle of “practicality, improvement, interaction, efficiency and follow-up” and the training goal of “teaching, researching and developing achievements”.
