近年,随着国有企业不断优化管理机制,企业积累有了新的增强,企业的经营效益有了新的提高,员工的收入也有了新的增长。但是,由于主客观种种原因,国有企业中仍然存在一部分困难员工,他们在工作和生活中存在诸多困难和问题,化解他们的情绪,成为当前企业思想政治工作的难点。受企业经营效益的影响,这些员工在工作中、生活上出现了一些暂时的困难,如不能及时通过有效的思想政治工作去关心,引导,帮扶,及时对他们的思想行为进行活血化淤,会对企业的队伍建设带来负面影响,因而通过加强困难职工帮扶,构建帮扶困难员工的长效机制,将思想工落实在行动中,落实在帮扶中,在当前具有更加深远的现实意义。
