目前我国监控技术发展迅速而空间信息化管理较弱,将GIS系统与现有的区域监控系统进行整合势在必行。文章以重庆市高速公路为例,结合其现有监控系统特点,采用组件式设计模式进行系统开发,将GIS功能作为一个ActiveX控件对象嵌入到原有监控系统中,设计了C/S层次化体系结构的高速公路综合监控系统;并在数据采集中采用了基于便携设备的可定位实景GIS解决方案。实践证明该系统能够辅助实现高速公路监控管理的信息化和智能化,具有较高的推广应用价值。
At present, the rapid development of monitoring technology in our country and the weak spatial information management make it very imperative to integrate the GIS with the existing regional monitoring and control system. Taking the expressway in Chongqing as an example, with the characteristics of its existing monitoring system, the system is developed by using the component design pattern. The GIS function is embedded into the original monitoring system as an ActiveX control object. The C / S hierarchical system Structure of the highway monitoring system; and used in data acquisition based on portable devices can be positioned real GIS solutions. Practice has proved that the system can assist the realization of highway monitoring and management of information technology and intelligence, with a high value of the promotion.
