职业技术教育教学过程中存在着诸多相互影响、相互作用的主体,其中教师和学生是两个基本主体,学生主体又处于中心的地位,教因学而存在,学为教的最高标准。在职业技术教育的教学体系中,学生的学习始终是所有教育教学因素和环节所共同指向的目标。职业学校学生主体学习模式是一个由核心系统、环境系统和动力系统等构成的,旨在调动各种教育主体的作用、整合各种教学资源的优势、具有职业技术教育特色的教学体系,她要求职业学校以学生主体的主体性发展作为最高目标,安排学校所有的教育教学工作,推动职业技术教育真正走上以发展学生的全面素质、提高学生的综合职业能力为标志的内涵发展道路。
There are many subjects interacting and interacting in the process of teaching of technical and vocational education. Teachers and students are two basic subjects.
