笔者作为德育教师,对五年的教育教学和班主任工作中观察到的职校在校生的心理状态进行反思,并对典型案例问题产生的原因进行了分析。以期通过情感管理模式整合学校,家庭,社会三位一体的教育资源,多渠道的开展生命教育活动,全方位关爱学生,通过引入生命教育理念,要求学生认识生命,尊重他人,从而促进学生心理健康成长,发挥学校德育的功能。
