目的探讨有效的东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪检测质量控制措施。方法分别选取实施质量控制措施前后的1 020份使用东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪进行生化检验的健康体检者血液样本作为研究对象,对比分析质量控制措施实施前后东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪的检测结果。结果实施质量控制后,东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪检测的直接胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶、谷草转氨酶、尿酸水平,与实施质量控制前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总胆红素、尿素氮、肌酐及血清葡萄糖水平,与实施质量控制前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在使用东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪进行生化检测的过程中,实施针对性的质量控制措施,能够有效消除不良干扰因素,从而提高生化检测结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the effective TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer detection quality control measures. Methods A total of 1 020 blood samples of healthy volunteers who had been biochemically tested by TBA2000 TFA automatic biochemical analyzer before and after the implementation of quality control measures were selected as research objects and the results of TBA2000 TFA automatic biochemical analyzer before and after the quality control measures were compared and analyzed . Results After the quality control was carried out, the direct bilirubin, glutamyl transpeptidase, aspartate aminotransferase and uric acid levels measured by Toshiba TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer were significantly different from those before the implementation of quality control (P <0.05); the total Bilirubin, urea nitrogen, creatinine and serum glucose levels, compared with before the implementation of quality control, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the process of biochemical detection by TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer, the implementation of targeted quality control measures can effectively eliminate adverse interference factors and improve the accuracy of biochemical detection results.
