在激光干涉测长技术中,迭代法是一种普遍采用的数据处理方法。本文叙述了迭代法的原理,并以三级迭代法为例,对它的理论计数误差进行了分析。文中还介绍了一种三级迭代法,它具有运算线路简单,计数精度较高的优点。
Iterative method is a commonly used data processing method in laser interferometry. This paper describes the principle of iterative method, and takes the three-level iterative method as an example to analyze its theoretical counting error. The article also introduced a three-level iterative method, which has the advantages of simple calculation lines, high counting accuracy.
