在纷繁复杂的供应链体系中,如何确定供应链的整体可靠性?如何逐步提高供应链的整体可靠性,使其趋近于现有供应商决定下的最高可靠性水平?笔者就此问题展开研究,本文以一种供应链形态“1+N+1”作为研究对象,进行理论和实证研究。通过这种综合性研究,不仅从理论层面回答了上述问题,而且对实证对象的供应链供应能力与水平进行了提高,为同类型供应链实体对象提高运营能力提供了参考依据。
How to determine the overall reliability of the supply chain in the complicated supply chain system? How to gradually improve the overall reliability of the supply chain and bring it closer to the highest reliability level determined by the existing suppliers? The author studies the problem In this paper, we take a kind of supply chain form “1 + N + 1 ” as the research object, and conduct theoretical and empirical research. Through such a comprehensive study, not only the above problems are answered in theory, but also the supply capability and level of the supply chain of the empirical object are improved, which provides a reference for improving the operational capability of the same kind of supply chain entity objects.
