在园林及相关企业人才需求问卷调查和电话回访毕业生的基础上,以本学院为例,分析了企业用人标准和人才需求规律及毕业生的反馈建议。为了更好地解决实现园林技术专业人才培养规格与企业人才需求的对接问题,文章提出了加强职业素养课程、强化动手操作能力、加大实践教学和提升综合能力等人才培养目标改革策略。
Based on the questionnaire survey of talent demand of enterprises in the garden and related industries and the call-back graduates, taking the college as an example, the author analyzes the employment standards of enterprises and the demand of talents and the feedback suggestions of graduates. In order to solve the problem of the docking between the technical training talents of garden technicians and the demand of the enterprise talents, the article puts forward the strategy of reforming the personnel training objectives, such as strengthening vocational literacy courses, strengthening hands-on ability, increasing practice teaching and improving comprehensive ability.
